6:00 pm: Meet your tour guide outside the hotel to embark on a motorbike food tour in Hanoi.

Indulge in a bowl of Pho at a family-owned restaurant, featuring a clean broth and an array of ingredients.

Follow it up with a bia hoi experience, complemented by tasty side dishes.

Explore the Old Quarter of Hanoi on a motorbike, trying various street food along the way.

Around 10:00 pm: Return to the hotel and relax.

<span> Day 2</span> Hanoi city full day - street food tour

Morning

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel.

Meet your tour guide outside the hotel and proceed to the next destination.

Explore the Ho Chi Minh Complex, the final resting place of the Vietnamese Revolutionary leader and President Ho Chi Minh in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Pass by the Temple of Literature, which preserves invaluable historical assets of the nation.

Enjoy lunch at a nearby local restaurant before returning to the hotel for a short rest.

Afternoon

Continue the journey to Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Hanoi Old Quarter along the way.

Return to your hotel to relax.

Evening

Around 6:00 pm: Our tour guide will pick you up for more street food tasting. Savor local delights such as Phở, Bánh Mì, Bánh cuốn, egg coffee, or local beer.

<span> Day 3</span> Hanoi - Halong bay overnight on cruise

Morning

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel and prepare for check-out.

Take a scenic transfer to the magnificent Halong Bay via the highway, which will take approximately 4 hours.

Around 12:00: Complete the check-in process for the cruise and embark on your Halong Bay journey.
Afternoon

Enjoy a delicious lunch served on board while cruising deeper into the bay.

Choose from activities such as swimming, kayaking to explore captivating caves, or simply relax and sunbathe on the sundeck.
Evening

Delight in a satisfying dinner while taking in the tranquil scenery.

Disembark from the cruise and hop on a car for your return journey to Hanoi.
Afternoon

Upon reaching Hanoi, enjoy some leisure time for rest or indulge in light meals before your transfer to Hue.
Evening

Be greeted by our tour guide, who will escort you to the train station.

At around 7:25 pm, board the overnight train bound for Hue.

Visit Thien Mu Pagoda, a renowned Buddhist monastery boasting a history of over 400 years.

Relish a plant-based Buddhist meal within the pagoda in the company of Buddhist monks.

Afternoon

Continue your exploration with a visit to the Royal Tomb of Emperor Tu Duc, constructed for the Nguyen emperor Tu Duc.

Take a break along the way to capture scenic photographs from the summit.

8:00am: Indulge in a welcoming drink at Hai Café.

Take a minivan ride to Tra Que Organic Village, a brief journey lasting around 10 minutes.

Stroll through the market gardens, witnessing local farmers harvesting fresh saw-tooth coriander and Vietnamese mint for our cooking lesson.

Sample a special herbal drink at a local home before continuing.

Head to the local village market with a shopping list in hand to procure a variety of local ingredients.

Reach Red Bridge Cooking School and commence your class.

Collaborate with our Red Bridge Chef to acquire traditional methods of preparing and cooking Vietnamese dishes from scratch.

Post-class, sit down and savor the dishes you have prepared.

Enjoy a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River back to central Hoi An.

Optionally, bring your swimsuit for complimentary use of our 20-meter swimming pool after the cooking tour.

Our knowledgeable guide will welcome you and accompany you to the hotel for check-in.

Between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm, our guide will pick you up for a Saigon nightlife adventure on a vintage Vespa tour.

Ride beyond District 1 by motorbike, unveiling areas seldom seen by most visitors, from the glow of red paper lanterns in Cho Lon to the breathtaking view of the Saigon River at night from Thu Thiem Bridge.

Experience the thrill of speeding down the newly constructed Saigon freeway and marvel at the splendid Bitexco Tower.

Pause in Chinatown, where you'll explore the largest outdoor market in Saigon and learn about the area's history.

Head to District 8, where a stop is made for some delightful food and drinks.
