At 7:30 AM, our tour guide will warmly welcome you at the Vietnam Adventure Tours office. From there, we'll board a bus to embark on a 1.5-hour journey to the city of My Tho. Along the bus route, immerse yourself in the local activities and enjoy picturesque views of lush green rice paddies. Our first stop is Vinh Trang Pagoda, the largest pagoda in the Mekong Delta.

Upon reaching My Tho, we begin a boat trip along the Mekong River, offering views of fish cages and floating houses. The boat navigates through a small canal, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling city. This coconut tree-lined canal leads us to Ben Tre, an island famous for its coconut products. Disembark and stroll through the village, stopping at a local family's home to indulge in tropical fruits, honey tea, honey wine, and traditional Vietnamese music performances by villagers.

Continue your walk to a coconut candy shop, where you'll witness the candy-making process and see handicrafts crafted from coconut trees. Explore the village, capturing the beauty of various fruits, flowers, trees, local houses, and Mekong Delta children. Take your time for photos and appreciate the natural scenery. Afterwards, head to a local restaurant for a delightful Vietnamese lunch under the shade of trees.

Following lunch, enjoy a half-hour break to explore the village on foot or by bike. You can also travel on the river back to the ferry. Afterward, we'll transit back to Saigon by bus, arriving at the Vietnam Adventure Tours office around 5:00 PM. The tour concludes, leaving you with cherished memories. Our journey begins as we depart from Ho Chi Minh City and head towards the Cu Chi Tunnels, located 60 km away. Cu Chi holds historical significance as a heroic district, playing a crucial role in the anti-American war in Vietnam. Renowned for its intricate tunnel system stretching over 220 km, Cu Chi is a destination frequented by both Vietnamese locals and international visitors.

As we travel, you'll be captivated by the serene rural landscape adorned with rice paddies. Ducks and water buffalos leisurely swim in the rivers along the roadside, creating a picturesque scene. It's difficult to fathom the extent of destruction, damage, and defoliation caused by bombings and mines during the time when Cu Chi was designated a "Free Target Zone." Despite the once-fierce battleground, remnants in Cu Chi bear witness to its tumultuous past.
