Itinerary

<span> Day 1</span> Arrival - Luang Prabang

Upon arrival in Luang Prabang, you'll be met at the airport by your guide and taken to your hotel.

In the evening, we'll start with a brief overview of the tour followed by a Welcome Dinner. After dinner, your guide will lead you on a visit to the vibrant night market.

You will spend the night in Luang Prabang.

<span> Day 2</span> Luang Prabang - City Tour - Pak Ou Caves

Following breakfast, we'll explore Wat Visoun, the Arts and Ethnology Centre, and the stunning Wat Xiengthong, noted for its distinctive low-sweeping roofs that embody the classical Luang Prabang architectural style.

After lunch, we'll embark on a cruise up the Mekong River to the village of Ban Muangkeo, where a brief trek will lead us to the intriguing Pak Ou Caves.

On our return to Luang Prabang, we’ll travel by car, stopping at Ban Nongxai (an artisan village), Ban Xanghai, and a local silversmith workshop along the way.

You will spend the night in Luang Prabang.

<span> Day 3</span> Luang Prabang - Hmong Village - Kuang Si Waterfall

This morning, we'll head to Ban Longlao, a traditional H'mong village, where you can experience a genuine local lunch.

Following lunch, we’ll embark on a trek from the H'mong village to the stunning Kuang Si Waterfall. Here, you’ll have time to relax, swim, and even hike to the top of the waterfall.

We’ll then make our way back to Luang Prabang, arriving in time to enjoy the sunset.

You will spend the night in Luang Prabang.

<span> Day 4</span> Luang Prabang - Xiengkhuang

After breakfast and check-out, we will journey to Xiengkhuang, renowned for the "Plain of Jars."

Our first stop will be Houi Hei, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. From there, we’ll continue to Ban Kiu Kam Pone, a Khmu village, and then proceed to Phou Khoun for lunch.

Following lunch, we'll head towards Xiengkhuang province, situated 1,500 meters above sea level. Along the way, we will visit Ban Son Boom, a Hmong village, and explore a secluded Buddha Cave that was used as a military hospital during the war.

We will reach your hotel by early evening.

You will spend the night in Xiengkhuang.

<span> Day 5</span> Xiengkhuang - Vientiane

This morning, we'll start by visiting the Mines Action Group, followed by a tour of Jar Site 1, the largest site, and Jar Site 3, which is situated on a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Afterwards, we will transfer to the airport for your flight to Vientiane, which is included in the itinerary.

Upon arrival at Vientiane airport, our local guide and driver will be there to greet you and escort you to your hotel.

You will spend the night in Vientiane.

<span> Day 6</span> Vientiane City Tour

After breakfast today, we will explore Wat Sisaket, renowned for its thousands of miniature Buddha statues, and then visit Wat Prakeo, a former royal temple that once housed the renowned Emerald Buddha image.

Next, we will see the iconic and revered That Luang Stupa, a significant national treasure in Laos.

Our final stop will be the COPE (Cooperative Orthotic & Prosthetic Enterprise) exhibition center, where we will gain insights into the organization’s important work.

Following lunch, you will return to your hotel, and the rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace.

Overnight stay in Vientiane.

<span> Day 7</span> Vientiane - Pakse - Khong Island

Early this morning, catch a short domestic flight to Pakse. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to a traditional boat for a two-hour cruise to Champassak.

Upon reaching Champassak, disembark and continue by car to Wat Phou, an ancient temple from the pre-Angkor period dating back to the 5th century.

In the afternoon, explore Don Khong, part of the 4,000 Islands region and known for its endangered Irrawaddy dolphins. Along the way, visit the evocative ruins of the Khmer temple Oup Mong at Ban Houei Tomo, nestled in the forest.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant during the journey.

In the evening, board a ferry to Khong Island for your overnight stay.

<span> Day 8</span> Khong Island - Surrounding Countryside and Village Tour

Today, embark on a long-tail boat journey to Don Khone, followed by a visit to the fishing village of Ban Nakasang. Next, travel by car to Khone Phapheng Waterfall, the largest waterfall in Southeast Asia, situated near the Lao-Cambodian border. This spectacular waterfall is nestled in a wildlife-rich area, making it one of Laos's most stunning sights.

In the late afternoon, we will return to Khong Island.

<span> Day 9</span> Khong Island - Bolaven Plateau - Pakse

Today, we depart from Khong Island and make our way to the Bolaven Plateau. Along the journey, we will stop at Houey Ten, a Katu village, and explore a tea plantation before heading to the impressive Tad Fan Waterfall.

Following lunch, we will visit Tha Teng Market, renowned for its vibrant array of ethnic minority foods. We'll also explore other local villages, including Ban Bong Neua and Alak, before returning to Pakse in the late afternoon.

Upon arrival, check into your hotel and unwind.

<span> Day 10</span> Pakse - Departure

After breakfast and checking out of your hotel, our driver will take you to Vientiane airport for your flight home.
