In the morning (afternoon), embark on a scenic drive southwest of Hoi An towards My Son Sanctuary for a half-day tour. This sacred site served as the cradle of Cham culture in Central Vietnam, flourishing from the 4th to the 15th century. Despite partial ruins and damage caused by the Vietnam War, with only 20 temples remaining, the once-glorious capital of the Champa Kingdom, dedicated to the worship of the deity Shiva, still exudes a sense of grandeur and provides a captivating glimpse into the Cham civilization's golden era.
