Embark on a captivating 7-day journey through Cambodia’s highlights, starting in Siem Reap, home to the magnificent Angkor Wat and a treasure trove of ancient temples. Explore the bustling markets, vibrant culture, and historic landmarks of Siem Reap before traveling to Kampong Som. In Kampong Som, also known as Sihanoukville, unwind on stunning beaches, enjoy the serene coastal beauty, and discover the region’s tranquil charm. This tour offers a perfect blend of cultural exploration and seaside relaxation.
Welcome to Siem Reap! Once you arrive, your guide will greet you at the airport and help you transfer to your hotel for check-in. Please be aware that standard check-in time is 14:00. If you arrive earlier, you might consider adding an extra tour to your itinerary.
At 8:00am, you will be picked up from your hotel for a day of exploration. Begin with a visit to the South Gate, where you’ll see colossal statues representing the churning of the ocean of milk. Next, explore the ancient city of Angkor Thom, established in the late 12th century, and proceed to the Bayon Temple, renowned for its 54 towers adorned with over 200 serene faces of Avalokitesvara. The Baphuon Temple, resembling an artificial mountain, has recently reopened after extensive restoration.
Continue your tour with a visit to the Royal Enclosure, the Terrace of the Elephants, and the Terrace of the Leper King. Then, head to Ta Prohm Temple, famous for its appearance in the Tomb Raider film, and built during the late 12th to early 13th centuries.
Enjoy a traditional Khmer lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, visit Banteay Samre and Banteay Srei. Banteay Samre, constructed in the early 12th century under Suryavarman II and Yasovarman II, is a Hindu temple in the Angkor Wat style. Banteay Srei, often called the "Citadel of Women," is celebrated for its stunning red sandstone and intricate carvings. Conclude your tour with a return to your hotel.
You will be picked up at 5:00am for a sunrise visit to Angkor Wat. Explore this revered temple, the largest religious monument in the world, and marvel at its stunning stone carvings and bas-reliefs. Your guide will share the stories behind these intricate details and give you time to explore both the inner and outer areas of the temple.
Afterwards, return to your hotel for breakfast and some time to refresh before checking out. You’ll then be transferred to the airport for your flight to Sihanoukville.
Upon arriving in Sihanoukville, you'll be met by your driver and taken to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace.
Sihanoukville offers a perfect tropical retreat with its white sand beaches and warm waters of the Gulf of Thailand. Relax by the beach, savor fresh seafood, and take advantage of snorkeling or scuba diving opportunities, all while soaking up the laid-back, beachy vibe.

After breakfast at your hotel, you will have some free time before making your way to the airport for your flight back to Siem Reap.
Upon arriving in Siem Reap, you'll be greeted by your driver and transferred to your hotel for your final night in Cambodia.
Enjoy a leisurely walk or pick up some last-minute souvenirs before checking out at noon. Your driver will arrive to help with your luggage and transport you to the airport for your departure flight.
