Travel across the border from Thailand into Cambodia, your base for discovering Siem Reap and the awe-inspiring Angkor Wat. Savor a variety of flavors—salty, sweet, spicy, and sour—with a delightful Khmer meal at a restaurant supported by our non-profit partner, Planeterra, or with a local family. You may also choose to experience Phare Circus, a distinctly Cambodian cultural event.

<span> Day 4</span> Siem Reap/Phnom Penh

Journey to Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s bustling capital situated along the mighty Mekong River. Start with an orientation walk to get acquainted with the city, then enjoy the remainder of the evening at your leisure.

Dedicate the day to exploring Phnom Penh's rich cultural and historical heritage. Choose to gain insight into Cambodia’s tragic past with visits to Tuol Sleng Prison and the Killing Fields, or opt for a more serene experience at the Silver Pagoda or Royal Palace. In the evening, dive into the city's culinary scene with a street food tour.

Travel in comfort to Sihanoukville and then catch a boat to your exclusive beach on Koh Rong Island. Spend the afternoon enjoying fresh local seafood, snorkeling among the coral reefs, or simply unwinding with a drink before taking a dip in the inviting sea.

Make the most of your final full day on this beautiful island. Catch up on any activities you missed yesterday, such as snorkeling, fishing, hiking, or kayaking. After sunset, take a swim in the mesmerizing phosphorescent waters, where the sea sparkles with glowing plankton. How enchanting!

Return to the mainland and travel to Chambok Village, where you'll spend the night and enjoy a home-cooked Cambodian meal with the local residents. Experience life in this remote area and take the opportunity to explore the village and its surroundings.

<span> Day 9</span> Chambok Homestay/Ho Chi Minh City

Cross the border into Vietnam and arrive in the vibrant Ho Chi Minh City, where you'll stay overnight in a well-known backpackers' hostel. Use this opportunity to explore Ben Thanh Market for souvenirs and local crafts, and then immerse yourself in the lively nightlife. Consider heading to one of the numerous rooftop bars for stunning panoramic views and live music.
