Our journey begins with an evening group meeting and briefing led by our knowledgeable guide. Join us for an optional group dinner and get to know your fellow travelers. Please bring your main luggage to the meeting as it will be transported to the start point early in the morning. Keep the essentials with you for the night and morning. You will be reunited with your luggage tomorrow mid-morning. Accommodation for the night will be at the Royal Princess Larn Luang Hotel or a similar quality hotel.

<span> Day 2 </span>Ayutthaya Discovery and Warm-up Ride

Prepare for an early start as we depart Bangkok and head to the captivating ancient town of Ayutthaya. After a two-hour transfer, we immerse ourselves in the heart of this historical site, commencing our cycling adventure by the impressive reclining Buddha. Ayutthaya, once ravaged by the Burmese, still showcases remarkable shrine towers and colossal temples that offer glimpses into its grand past. We pedal through these remnants of magnificence, appreciating the rich history they hold. Tonight, we rest at the iRabbit Hotel or a similar quality hotel.

<span> Day 3 </span>Cycling towards Kabin Buri

Today's route takes us on a scenic journey through rural Thai landscapes, revealing the beauty of rubber and eucalyptus plantations, tapioca fields, and vast stretches of rice paddies. While encountering a few gentle hills, the majority of the route remains flat. Our cycling adventure concludes as we join a slightly busier road, and we complete the final stretch to the town of Kabin Buri by bus. Relax and unwind at the Serenity Hotel & Spa Onsen or a similar quality hotel.

<span> Day 4 </span>Cycling to Aranyaprathet

As the sun rises, we embark on our cycling adventure towards the charming town of Aranyaprathet. Departing from our hotel in the early morning, we pedal through picturesque landscapes, making our way towards Tha Krabak. Along the route, we have the opportunity to pause by a serene reservoir, where we can take a refreshing swim while admiring the untouched jungle on the opposite shore. Afterward, we enjoy a delightful lunch break before continuing our journey on quiet and well-maintained scenic roads that lead us to Aranyaprathet, a mere 6.2 miles (10 km) from the Cambodian border. <span> Day 5 </span>Crossing into Cambodia and Reaching Siem Reap

After a satisfying breakfast, we embark on a drive to the bustling border, where we navigate through customs formalities as we enter Cambodia at Poipet. Our journey then takes us to the vibrant city of Siem Reap. Despite the hardships endured during years of civil war, Cambodia's unique charm and cultural heritage prevail. While the capital and Siem Reap have experienced growth and development, the countryside still retains its traditional way of life, seemingly frozen in time for centuries. This afternoon's ride from Siem Reap treats us to a glimpse of Wat Athvea, a modern temple nestled within the ruins of an Angkorian temple. <span> Day 6 </span> Immersive Exploration of Angkor's Temples (Breakfast)

For those seeking further adventure, there is an optional visit to the nearby Tonle Sap Lake, a tributary of the majestic Mekong River. This excursion includes a boat ride to witness the captivating floating fishing villages, providing a glimpse into the unique way of life in this water-bound community. Please note that participants opting for this visit may need to forgo part or all of the return cycle to Siem Reap, depending on timing. The full cycling distance to and from Banteay Srei is approximately 43.5 miles (70 km), offering a rewarding and fulfilling day of exploration. Throughout our expedition, we will make a few stops to enrich our adventure even further. Here, we will encounter some of the oldest structures in the country, immersing ourselves in the rich history and architectural marvels that grace this sacred site.
