We'll visit Wat Sisaket, the oldest temple adorned with thousands of miniature Buddha statues, and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which once enshrined the famous Emerald Buddha Image. As we pass by the imposing Patuxay Monument, Vientiane's own Arc de Triomphe, we make our way to the iconic That Luang Stupa, a national symbol of Laos. In the afternoon, we head north to Vang Vieng, an enchanting destination blessed with breathtaking countryside and mountain vistas.
