Immerse yourself in the dynamic and nostalgic fusion of history and contemporary life in Vietnam's most populous city.

Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2 EXPLORE MYSTERIOUS CU CHI TUNNELS

Enjoy your breakfast and rendezvous with your guide between 8:30-8:45 at the hotel lobby. Embark on a journey to the Cu Chi Tunnels, with the travel time lasting approximately one and a half hours by car. Upon arrival, before delving into the tunnels, you'll receive a brief introduction and watch a video detailing the construction of the tunnels and the resilience of people during wartime conditions.

Subsequently, explore the remaining area and tunnel systems, discovering specially designed living spaces with kitchens and bedrooms alongside other martial facilities like storage areas, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers. These facilities catered to the basic needs of those residing in the tunnels. Additionally, intricate hidden trap doors and perilous traps were strategically placed within the labyrinthine tunnels for security purposes during the war. Following the exploration, indulge in a serving of special tea and cassava, the guerrilla's food during that era.

Take a break to relax or for those interested, experience shooting a real gun. By 18:30-19:00, you'll return to your hotel.

Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 3 STEP BACK IN TIME AT HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN

Prepare for your flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang Airport. Upon arrival, our dedicated driver will be waiting at the airport to facilitate your transfer to Hoi An. Check in at the hotel and take some time to unwind either at your resort or on the picturesque beach.

In the evening, consider exploring the enchanting Old Town, which undergoes a magical transformation with an array of lights and lanterns. Notably, Hoi An is a significant hub for silk lantern craftsmanship and trade. Each establishment is adorned with a few lanterns outside, but the true spectacle lies in the lantern market.

Following a leisurely stroll through the market, make your way to the outdoor traditional theater. Here, you'll be treated to performances by Vietnamese folk dancers and musicians presenting traditional pieces. The theater, located on Nguyen Thai Hoc street, operates from 9 pm to 10 pm and is open to the public, providing an engaging experience even if only for a brief stop. Before retiring to your hotel, participate in the tradition of lighting a candle box and placing it in the water. Along the canal banks, local children often offer candles to passersby – take a moment to make a wish.

Stay overnight in the charming town of Hoi An.

Day 4 BE A LANTERN MAKER IN HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN

Prepare for a captivating lantern-making session. Lanterns hold significant symbolism in Hoi An and play a pivotal role in the local culture.
