To reach the pagoda from KinPun, a steep 6-mile road ascends to the mountaintop. The ascent is made in open trucks, which may be crowded, but upon reaching the summit, you will be awe-struck by the stunning vistas. Here, pilgrims chant, light candles, and meditate. We will return to KinPun base camp around 6 pm in the evening.
