Itinerary

<span> Day 1</span> Arrival at Yangon and Yangon sightseeing

Upon your arrival at Yangon Airport, you will be greeted by our excellent driver and a knowledgeable English-speaking guide. Your first stop will be the iconic Sule Pagoda, followed by a stroll through Mahabandoola Park, where you can admire the impressive Colonial Buildings, City Hall, and a Synagogue. Next, explore Bogyoke (Scott) Market, featuring a myriad of shops, including gem stores (note: closed on Mondays and Gazette Holidays). Don’t miss the Myanmar Artist’s art gallery and the chance to sample traditional costumes, foods, and antiques. Afterward, visit the Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda, before concluding your day at the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda. Overnight stay in Yangon.

<span> Day 2</span> Bago sightseeing

Our knowledgeable English-speaking guide and exceptional driver will meet you at your hotel. We will then set off for Bago, making our first stop at the Taukkyan War Cemetery, which honors approximately 6,426 graves and memorial pillars inscribed with the names of over 27,000 Allied soldiers who lost their lives during World War II. Continuing on to Bago, we will visit the ancient Shwe Maw Daw Pagoda, renowned for its towering spire that surpasses that of the Shwedagon Pagoda. You’ll also see the revered 55-meter-long reclining Shwe Tha Lyaung Buddha and visit Kyaikpon Pagoda. Our journey will take us to the Kawbawzathardi Palace, constructed by King Bayintnaung in the 16th century. We’ll return to Yangon, passing through scenic rural landscapes dotted with rice fields and quaint villages. Enjoy some leisure time at your hotel before spending the night in Yangon.

<span> Day 3</span> Fly to Bagan and Bagan sightseeing by ebike

Our driver will take you to the airport for your flight to Nyaung Oo. Upon your arrival in Bagan, you will be greeted by our excellent driver and professional English-speaking guide. Get ready to explore Bagan by bike, as you marvel at the expansive plain adorned with countless pagodas. A full day of cycling will lead you to some of the most captivating sites, such as the bustling Nyaung Oo Market, the shimmering Shwezigon Pagoda, and the serene cave temple of Wetkyi-In Gubyaukgyi. In the afternoon, continue your ride to the stunning Ananda Temple and Htilo Minlo Temple. As the day winds down, enjoy a sunset boat ride at a scenic viewpoint. After the sunset, we will return you to your hotel for some leisure time. Overnight stay in Bagan.

<span> Day 4</span> Sunrise at Bagan and Mount popa sightseeing

You’ll need to rise early to catch the stunning sunrise at 5:00 am. Our driver will take you to a prime viewing point where you can capture beautiful photos and soak in the sunrise. Afterward, you’ll head back to the hotel for breakfast. Our exceptional driver and knowledgeable English-speaking guide will then pick you up for a trip to Mount Popa, an extinct volcano rising over 1,500 meters, located about 48 km southeast of Bagan. Explore the area’s stupas, monasteries, and Nat worship shrines before returning to Bagan. In the evening, head to another sunset viewpoint. After enjoying the sunset, you’ll be taken back to your hotel for an overnight stay in Bagan.

<span> Day 5</span> Transfer to the Mandalay by private car and Ava and Amarapura sightseeing

Our exceptional driver and professional English-speaking guide will meet you at your hotel and take you on a private car transfer to Mandalay, which takes about four hours. Along the way, feel free to stop at a restaurant or take some photos. Upon reaching Ava, you’ll be dropped off at the banks of the Myitnge River, where you'll take a ferry to cross. Once in Ava, hop on a horse cart to experience the local lifestyle. During your visit, explore the Bargayar Monastery, known for its 176 teak pillars, the tallest of which stands at 17 meters and is 2.7 meters wide, built in 1834 AD. You’ll also see the leaning Nanmyint Tower, constructed in 1822 AD, and the Maenu Stucco Monastery, also from 1822. Next, visit the Upein Bridge, the longest teak bridge in the world, featuring 1,086 teak posts and stretching 1.2 km, standing for over 160 years. Enjoy a beautiful sunset there before heading back to Mandalay. Relax at your hotel for the night.

<span> Day 6</span> Pyin oo lwin sightseeing

Our excellent driver and guide will pick you up for a two-hour drive from Mandalay to Pyin Oo Lwin, with the tour starting at 8 AM. Upon arrival in Pyin Oo Lwin, we'll first visit the local market to experience the community’s way of life and see various products. Next, we’ll head to Pyichit Pagoda, known as the "Country Lover Pagoda." The name comes from a legend about a statue that was dropped by Chinese travelers. Then, we’ll continue to the stunning Be Falls, famous for its picturesque views. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Pyin Oo Lwin before visiting the Governor's House. Afterward, we’ll explore Kandawgyi National Garden, established by the British in 1924, which is the largest botanical garden in Myanmar. Here, you can enjoy the fresh air, lush forests, and discover a variety of orchids and flowers. Finally, we’ll return to Mandalay for an overnight stay.

<span> Day 7</span> Mingun and Mandalay sightseeing

Our exceptional driver and professional English-speaking guide will collect you from your hotel for a boat trip to Mingun, located just 12 km upstream on the west bank of the Ayeyarwady River. Upon arrival, we’ll first visit Pondaw Paya, a five-meter high model of a grand structure. Next, explore Settawya Paya, which houses a revered footprint of the Buddha, and Mingun Pahtotawgyi Paya, known as one of the largest chides in the world, built by King Bodaw Paya. Don't miss the Mingun Bell, a renowned 90-ton ringing bell. We will also see Hsinbyume Paya, which symbolizes the Sulamani Paya atop Mt. Meru. After our visit, we’ll return to Mandalay to explore the Golden Palace Monastery, adorned with gold leaf and intricate wood carvings. We’ll also visit Kuthodaw Pagoda, recognized by UNESCO as the world’s largest book. Finally, we’ll enjoy a stunning sunset and panoramic views of Mandalay from the top of Mandalay Hill, 975 feet above sea level, before transferring back to your hotel for the night.

<span> Day 8</span> Departure from Mandalay

Before your flight, our driver will collect you and take you to Mandalay International Airport for your morning departure.
