This morning, we’ll kick off with a guided tour of Bangkok’s dazzling Grand Palace. After exploring the city’s klongs (canals), we’ll leave the urban hustle behind and head to the tranquil town of Kanchanaburi. Here, we’ll dive into the local culture, starting with visits to key historic landmarks like the WWII Cemetery, offering a poignant look at the past, and the renowned Bridge on the River Kwai. In the afternoon, we’ll hop onto a boat along the River Kwai. This stunning riverside retreat is the epitome of a dream Thailand escape, complete with candlelit rooms and a delightful local dinner at sunset. For the adventurous souls, you can even take a plunge into the river right from your room.

Our day kicks off with a trip to the stunning Erawan Falls, one of Thailand’s most renowned national parks, featuring seven tiers of breathtaking waterfalls. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the emerald pools, dive into the crystal-clear waters, and capture that perfect photo before we continue to our next destination, Ayutthaya. Once the capital of the Kingdom of Siam, this UNESCO World Heritage city was largely destroyed by the Burmese in the 18th century. We’ll hop on bikes and ride past intricate temples, towering spires, and charming villages.

We’ll arrive in Chiang Mai, Thailand’s northern capital, early in the morning, but our adventure doesn’t stop there. This morning, we’re heading straight to the charming mountain town of Pai. Get ready to fall in love with this scenic gem. The day is yours to explore this traveler’s haven at your own pace. Whether on foot or by bike, take a stroll through the lively streets of Pai. As night falls, make sure to experience Pai’s vibrant nightlife, which can easily compete with the energy of Bangkok’s famous Khao San Road.

With a full day ahead in this delightful town, kickstart your morning with a bold Thai espresso from a local café to fuel your energy. Make sure to reserve some stamina for the afternoon, where you can opt for a Muay Thai skills session led by a professional. Later, we’ll gear up for our last evening in Pai, making the most of this beautiful destination.

This morning, we’re heading to Chiang Mai, but first, we’ll indulge ourselves with a visit to the Elephant Nature Park. This facility serves as a rescue and rehabilitation center for elephants, providing a safe haven while offering us a unique opportunity to interact with these gentle giants. You’ll have the chance to feed them and watch as they frolic by the riverbank.

Later tonight, you can enjoy an evening exploring Chiang Mai on a Vespa, weaving through its charming streets and alleys. We’ll encounter striking street art and notable landmarks, stopping for delicious bites at local family restaurants and street vendors. Savor the delightful flavors of Tom Kha Gai and BBQ skewers, and finish the night with live music in the market area.
