As we travel, we pass through captivating provinces such as Kampong Thom and Kampong Cham, with opportunities to visit notable attractions along the way. Our first stop is the Naga Bridge, a well-preserved 12th-century bridge that holds historical significance. Next, we visit the largest stone carving village in central Cambodia, located in Kampong Thom province. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Continuing our journey, we arrive in Skun, a Cambodian town known for its unique market. Here, you'll find a variety of fried spider snacks, a popular delicacy in the region. Among the fruit and vegetable stands, you'll witness women carrying trays filled with fried and spiced spiders, some as large as a grown man's palm. Spiders are consumed in various parts of the world, and Skun's market has gained global recognition for this unusual culinary offering.
