Upon arrival, you'll receive a warm welcome with cold towels and a refreshing drink as the Cai Be Princess sampan embarks on its leisurely cruise along the bustling waterways.

From the comfort of your sampan, witness the vibrant life along the riverbanks—the people, the breathtaking landscapes—while your attentive crew serves tea and seasonal fruits.

At Tan Phong Islet, hop aboard a small rowing boat to explore the hidden mangroves of the canal. Return to your sampan to visit a 19th-century ancient house.

Throughout the journey, we'll pause to introduce you to local cottage industries, such as coconut candy and puffed rice (similar to the local popcorn), which sustain the livelihoods of the river-dwelling communities.

Your cruise concludes at Le Longanier Restaurant, an exquisite colonial-style villa nestled in a lush tropical garden by the river. Lunch will be served here, surrounded by fruit trees, offering a glimpse into life during Indochinese times.

Following lunch, at around 2:30 pm, enjoy a brief stroll along a small canal towards the Ba Bon Bridge, where your transport awaits to return you to Ho Chi Minh City. Expect to arrive at your hotel around 4:30 pm.

Make the most of your leisure time until your driver arrives at the hotel lobby to transport you to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your flight to Da Nang.

Upon landing at Da Nang Airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Hoi An, allowing time for relaxation and rejuvenation. The remainder of the day is yours to spend as you please.

At either 8:30 AM or 2:30 PM, your biking adventure begins as our team picks you up from your hotel lobby. Cycling through the village for approximately 6 kilometers, marvel at the serene countryside vistas—lush green coconut forests, prawn and red snapper farms, and the tranquil charm of rice fields.

Upon reaching Trà Quế organic farm, take a leisurely stroll through the vegetable gardens while absorbing the inspiring tales of farmers who have adopted organic cultivation methods.

Join the farmers in various gardening activities—preparing organic manure, raking the soil, sowing herb seeds, watering, and harvesting vegetables.

Continuing the cycling journey, head towards the rice farming village, immersing yourself in the picturesque countryside scenery. Arriving at a local house, receive a warm welcome with refreshing wet tissues and a glass of passion juice. Here, discover the traditional method of producing white rice, utilizing old-fashioned hand machines:

Starting with husking the rice to obtain brown rice, separating it from the husk, sifting and pounding it into white rice, grinding the white rice into rice flour, and crafting rice pancakes from the rice flour. Engage in a short rice pancake cooking class with a local host. Conclude the experience by relishing a lunch feast featuring village specialties: Tam Huu (three friends), vegetarian-style Deep Fried Spring Rolls, local rice pancakes served with fresh organic vegetables and fish sauce, accompanied by steamed rice, fish (or chicken), shrimp, pork, and seasonal fruits.

Enjoy your leisure time until our driver arrives at the hotel lobby to transport you to Da Nang Airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, our driver will be readily available to escort you to your hotel in Hanoi.

Around 6:00 PM, your tour guide will meet you to commence a local excursion. Delve into the lesser-known corners of the city and savor the essence of its street food.

After the tour, return to your hotel and unwind. Should you wish, you can opt to conclude the excursion at a nearby coffee shop, granting you the opportunity to leisurely observe and relish the city atmosphere.

Today's itinerary includes a visit to significant landmarks such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Mondays, Fridays, and during September and October), his former residence (closed on Mondays and Fridays), the One-Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature—an ancient educational institution dating back over 1,000 years. Our city tour further extends to the Museum of Ethnology.

Following lunch at a local eatery, indulge in a leisurely one-hour cyclo tour around Hanoi. Discover the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, followed by a stroll through the concealed alleyways of the Hanoi Old Quarter. Around 4:30 PM, we'll return to your hotel.

Our designated driver will collect and transport you to Halong Bay, renowned as a UNESCO World Heritage site and often referred to as "Dragon Descending to the Sea" in Vietnamese folklore.

Upon arrival, the hospitable boat crew will extend a warm welcome as the cruise embarks on a captivating journey through Halong Bay. Indulge in a delectable local seafood lunch served on board while marveling at the breathtaking sight of thousands of limestone islands and caves emerging from the crystal-clear, emerald waters.

After a brief respite, engage in various activities like exploring caves, kayaking, or enjoying a refreshing swim in the sea. Later, return to the junk to unwind, relish dinner, and spend the night aboard.

Please note that although our tour guide won't accompany you on the cruise, the crew members are proficient in English and will ensure an enriching experience.
