En route, we will pause at significant battle sites, including the Quang Tri Citadel, Ben Hai River, Hien Luong Bridge, and the Seventeenth Parallel. This historic demarcation once divided North and South Vietnam during the war. In the afternoon, we will explore the Vinh Moc Tunnels, which served as the shelter and battleground for North Vietnamese guerilla fighters. Our expedition continues to Dong Hoi, where we will check in to our hotel and unwind for the evening. Rest peacefully overnight in Quang Binh.

<span> Day 7 </span>Quang Binh - Paradise Cave - Hue (B/L/D)

Fuel up with a delicious breakfast before embarking on an exhilarating journey to Paradise Cave. Discovered by the British Caving Research Association in 2005, this remarkable cave stretches an impressive 31 kilometers, making it the longest dry cave in Asia. Prepare to be enchanted by the mesmerizing beauty of glistening stalactites resembling pillars of glass, along with numerous other breathtaking formations. Venturing through an ancient forest, you will be greeted by the cave's entrance, gracefully shaded by century-old trees. Step inside and be dazzled by the mystical allure of stalactite pillars, shaped over millions of years, as if you have entered a realm of enchantment. After an awe-inspiring exploration, we will proceed to Hue, where you will enjoy a restful overnight stay.

<span> Day 8 </span> Hue Heritage - Hoi An (B/L/-)

Embark on a captivating exploration of Hue's cultural treasures, starting with the magnificent Citadel. This architectural marvel, constructed between 1804 and 1833 under the Nguyen Dynasty, encompasses the Imperial City, the Forbidden Purple City, and the Emperor's Private Residence. Enclosed by a 2-kilometer fortified rampart and encircled by a moat, the Imperial City is adorned with an array of remarkable structures, including Imperial City Gates, the Purple Forbidden City, temples, pavilions, and picturesque gardens. After a delightful lunch break, embark on a scenic boat journey along the Perfume River, with a stop at Thien Mu Pagoda. This active Buddhist monastery traces its roots back to 1601 and features a car that belonged to a former monk. In 1963, this courageous monk self-immolated in Saigon to protest the oppressive treatment of Buddhist practitioners by the South Vietnamese regime. Concluding our day's exploration, we will visit the serene Khai Dinh Royal Tomb, harmoniously blending into its natural surroundings while adhering to feng-shui principles. Return to Hoi An for a restful overnight stay.
