Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Hanoi

Welcome to Vietnam! Your adventure starts with your arrival in Hanoi. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your private driver holding a sign with your name. They will take you to your accommodation, which is located in the heart of the city, offering easy access to the charming Old Quarter. You can take your time to explore the city on your own or rest at the hotel after your flight. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 2 Bavi Eco Tour (B/L)

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will meet your guide at the lobby to start your journey to Ba Vi, a countryside located on the outskirts of Hanoi. Upon arrival at Ri village, enjoy a welcome drink and snacks and meet your first host, Mr. Duoc. He is a Vietnam War veteran and a tea-farm owner who will share his stories of life during the war while you sip on your drink. You will then visit his tea plantation and learn how to pick the best tea leaves to make the most delicious beverage in Vietnam. Continue the tea-making process at his small workshop, where most of the work is done manually. Next, take a short drive to Moc village where you will meet your next host, Mrs. Chin, who will teach you how to cook local Vietnamese dishes. You will then have lunch in a stunning tropical garden, enjoying the meals you made. After lunch, take a break and join Mrs. Chin for a walk around the village, where you will visit some local families to gain insight into rural life and learn how tofu, conical hats, and other local products are made. Then, cycle through beautiful paddy fields to explore more of the village. Conclude your countryside tour with a traditional feet soak in warm water with herbs following the recipes of the Muong ethnic minority. It will help you relax (and your feet) after cycling around the village. Finally, you will enjoy a transfer from Ba Vi back to your accommodation in Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3 Hanoi - Pu Luong Adventure - Rafting on the Cham River (B)

You will be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi and embark on an exciting Pu Luong adventure, starting with a 4-hour drive along the scenic Ho Chi Minh Trail (1B - National Highway). You will make a short stop halfway for a refreshing break. As you enter the Pu Luong Nature Reserve, you will be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the valley from a mountain pass. Upon arrival at your accommodation, you will enjoy a delicious lunch and have free time to explore the stunning surroundings with its panoramic vistas and serene ambiance. Later, you will be transferred to a suspension bridge over the Cham River for a walk through rice fields to the captivating water wheels area. Marvel at each water wheel's intricate construction and learn how water is transported from the river to the bamboo aqueducts. After reaching a local fisherman's house, you will take a short break and prepare for a thrilling rafting adventure on the calm river. While enjoying the scenic views, you will learn how to paddle and steer your handcrafted bamboo rafts. The adventure will end at the picturesque Tan Lap bridge, where you will disembark and be transferred back to Pu Luong Eco Garden for dinner.

Day 4 Trekking to Kho Muong Village (B/L)

After having breakfast at the hotel, get ready for an exciting trek to Kho Muong Village, home to over 300 White Thai people from about 65 families. The village's name is derived from the local dialect, where "Kho" means origin and "Muong" means village, so "Kho Muong" is known as the first settlement in the area. Kho Muong was established around 300 years ago by some hunters who were attracted by the flat valley with abundant water from streams. They moved their families and neighbors to settle down here. The village is located deep in the core zone of the Reserve, isolated from other villages in the region, and offers a spectacular view of both the mountain and the valley.

Day 5 Pu Luong - Return to Hanoi (B)

Begin your day early with a descent into the stunning valley that faces the Retreat. Wander around the tumbling rice terraces, trek along small paths hidden in lush vegetation to uncover a picturesque village nestled at the base of a towering mountain. The scenery is so breathtaking that you won't be able to stop taking pictures. After this unforgettable experience, it's time to head back to Hanoi. We will transfer you to your booked hotel or to the airport to continue your next adventure.

Day 6 Embark on a Scenic Cruise in Vietnam's Most Breathtaking Bay - Halong Bay (B/L/D) - shared cruise

After checking out of your hotel in the morning, you'll be picked up by the professional cruise team and led on an unforgettable journey to Halong Bay. This scenic route will take you through the Red River Delta, showcasing the lush green rice paddies extending as far as the eye can see. Upon reaching the pier, you'll board the luxurious cruise ship and set sail on the emerald waters, surrounded by magnificent limestone rocks and intricate karst grottoes. While cruising, indulge in a sumptuous seafood lunch, and take in the stunning views from the sundeck. The ship will make a stop at a secluded location, allowing you to get even closer to the fascinating karst grottoes by kayaking or swimming. As the sun begins to set, head back to the vessel for an early dinner, followed by some leisure time to enjoy the boat's amenities or participate in the onboard activities. Retire for the night aboard the ship, enjoying the tranquility of the bay.

Day 7 Explore the Natural Wonder of the World and Return to Hanoi (B/L)

Get up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the natural wonder of the world. Savor a delicious breakfast served in the dining room before embarking on a visit to the magnificent limestone cave adorned with stunning stalagmites and stalactites. After your exploration, return to the boat for brunch while cruising back to the harbor. Take in the scenery one last time before disembarking and heading back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 8 Time to Bid Farewell - Departure from Hanoi (B)

Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast on the final day of your Vietnam adventure. Complete hotel check-out formalities, then indulge in some souvenir shopping at the local markets before your private driver transfers you to the airport for your flight back home. Trip Ends.
