6:00 - 6:20: Begin your day by being picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or gather at the meeting point: "166 Tran Quang Khai Str, Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem Dist, Hanoi." Board the spacious bus, and embark on a journey to Sapa Town.
9:30: Enjoy the scenic drive along the highway with the first comfort break.
11:00: Pause for a second comfort break at Lao Cai city before approaching Sapa.
13:00: Arrive in Sapa Town, where vibrant traditional costumes worn by H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic people greet you. Spend about 30 minutes at the bus station, awaiting the tour guide and driver to take you to the hotel.
Welcome with a refreshing drink and an overview of the itinerary.
14:30: Take a short drive to the entrance of Cat Cat village, home to the Black H’mong ethnic community. Nestled at the base of Fansipan Peak in a deep valley, the village offers insights into the daily life of the locals. Trek down to the valley's bottom, where you'll encounter a waterfall built by the French as a Hydraulic Power Station. Capture picturesque moments at the bridge and waterfall, then trek uphill to meet the bus for your return to Sapa in the afternoon.
Trekking covers approximately 2.5 kilometers and takes around 2 hours.
16:30: Return to Sapa Town, where a delicious dinner awaits you at 18:00. Relax and spend the night at the hotel.
7:00 – 7:45: Prepare a light pack for the upcoming 9-kilometer trek.
8:00: Embark on a brief drive to Y Linh Ho, then commence your trek. Traverse the rice terraces and follow the path along Muong Hoa Stream, immersing yourself in the stunning scenery of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. Continue the trek to reach the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai, offering panoramic views.
Trekking covers a distance of approximately 9 kilometers and takes around 4 hours.
11:30: The bus awaits you at Ta Van Bridge for a transfer back to Sapa.
12:00 – Evening: Utilize the free time in the afternoon to explore Sapa town at your own pace. Have dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
6:00-8:00: Followed by leisure time to explore Sapa or visit the Fansipan Mountain peak via cable car (the highest peak in Indochina at 3143 meters above sea level) at your own pace.
11:00: Check out and settle any outstanding bills. Enjoy lunch at the hotel, and the remainder of the afternoon is free for personal activities.
15:00: Gather with fellow group members at the hotel in preparation for the journey back to Hanoi.
16:00: Board the bus for the return trip to Hanoi, including a comfort break along the way.
22:00: Arrive in Hanoi. Your trip concludes.
