Sapa Tour By Night Train From Hanoi – 4 Days

The train is scheduled to arrive at Lao Cai train station around 6:00 AM. Our driver will be waiting with a welcome board bearing your name at the exit gate of Lao Cai Railway Station. Upon meeting you, he will provide transportation along the picturesque road to Sapa town, where you will enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

Following breakfast, we depart from the hotel and commence our trek. The journey leads us to Lao Chai and Ta Van villages nestled in the Muong Hoa valley. Marvel at the panoramic views of the stunning valley, including Fanxipan, the highest peak in Vietnam and Indochina. Trek through the Black H'mong ethnic minority villages, gaining insights into their traditional weaving and embroidery techniques. After a lunch break, continue the descent, traversing vibrant rice paddy fields, until reaching Ta Van village, home to the Dzay ethnic people.

Departing Ta Van, we ascend to the main road, where a car awaits to transfer us back to Sapa. Return to Sapa in the afternoon.

Note: The Lao Chai – Ta Van trekking route spans approximately 12km. Please inform us if you have any constraints regarding long-distance trekking.

Evening: Explore Sapa town at your leisure.

Subsequently, our tour guide will collect you from the hotel for the day's excursion.

Option 1: Embark on a trek to Cat Cat village

Embark on a trek from the hotel to Cat Cat village of the H'mong ethnic group. This journey offers the opportunity to visit a waterfall and the hydroelectric power station constructed by the French. Learn about the local culture, customs, and the distinctive people here engaged in traditional crafts such as weaving, silver carving, and hand-forged agricultural tools.

Note: The Cat Cat trekking route covers approximately 6km.

12:30 PM: Delight in lunch at the hotel's restaurant.

In the afternoon, enjoy leisure time to explore Sapa town, the market, and the church. Later, transfer to Lao Cai railway station in preparation for the night train journey back to Hanoi.

The train is scheduled to reach Hanoi Railway Station at approximately 5:30 AM. The journey concludes at this point.
