After breakfast, we depart Ho Chi Minh City and embark on a scenic drive to Chau Doc in the enchanting Mekong Delta region. Our journey includes a lunch stop and lasts approximately six hours. Upon arrival, we check into our hotel and then venture out of town for a 30-minute walk to the summit of Sam Mountain. From this vantage point, we are treated to a breathtaking sunset view, adorned with temples and offering glimpses into neighboring Cambodia. Alternatively, you can take a cable car ride to the top for an additional fee. Today, we bid farewell to Phnom Penh and embark on a scenic transfer to Battambang, Cambodia's captivating second-largest city.
