<span> Day 1</span>Phnom Penh Arrival - Dinner at Local Hotspot

Welcome to Phnom Penh! Upon arrival, our tour guide and driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Please note that the standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs, but early check-in can be arranged with a surcharge. In the evening, experience the vibrant local dining scene with a Tuk Tuk ride to Sovanna BBQ, one of the city's most popular restaurants. Indulge in a variety of grilled delicacies, including beef, pork, chicken, and seafood. Savor the flavors of local cuisine while enjoying a glass or bottle of local beer or beverage. After dinner, take a scenic drive through the city, passing by iconic landmarks such as Independence Monument, Diamond Island, and the Royal Palace. Along the riverfront, witness the bustling nightlife with its vibrant array of restaurants, bars, and shops. The evening concludes with a visit to Wat Phnom. <span> Day 2 </span>Local Market Visit - City Tour (B, L, D)

Start your morning with an authentic local breakfast at a popular restaurant, savoring the renowned "Bai sach chrouk" (Marinated pork with steam rice), featured in a CNN travel article as one of the "10 meals every visitor to Cambodia should try." After breakfast, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the Central Market, a bustling wet market where you can witness the lively trade of fresh meats, seafood, and vegetables. Explore the souvenir section and discover a wide array of local crafts and mementos. Take a break for lunch and indulge in more authentic street food near Soriya Mall, a favorite spot for locals during their lunch break. Return to the hotel for a short rest and refreshment. In the afternoon, delve into Cambodia's rich history and culture with visits to the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda, adorned with its magnificent floor consisting of 5,000 silver tiles. Explore the National Museum, an architectural gem showcasing Khmer art and artifacts. Lastly, visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21 prison), a haunting reminder of the Khmer Rouge regime's atrocities. For dinner, we venture to Orussey Market for a street food experience, connecting with locals and indulging in truly authentic cuisine. <span> Day 3 </span>Phnom Penh - Siem Reap by Bus (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer you to the bus station for your journey to Siem Reap. The bus ride will take approximately 6 hours, with two stops along the way for breaks and lunch (at your own expense). Upon arrival in Siem Reap, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel for check-in and a refreshment. In the evening, between 5:00pm and 7:00pm, our guide and Tuk Tuk driver will pick you up from your hotel for a city tour. Enjoy a scenic drive around the city, concluding at the vibrant night market, where you can find a variety of unique gifts for your loved ones. Nearby, you will find numerous street food vendors offering a wide selection of local delicacies. One popular option is "Pong Tea Kon," or baby duck eggs, boiled and served with paper salt, lemon juice, and mint. Complete your meal with a refreshing fresh fruit smoothie, known locally as "Toeuk Kralork," available in flavors like avocado, durian, mango, passion fruit, and more. After your meal and dessert, indulge in a relaxing 1-hour foot or shoulder massage to release any remaining stress. We will then transfer you back to the hotel for a restful overnight stay. <span> Day 4 </span>Angkor Wat Discovery (B, L, D)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before beginning your exploration of the remarkable Angkor Wat complex. Lunch will be at a local restaurant of your choice (not included in the tour). In the afternoon, we continue our journey to Ta Prohm, a captivating temple that remains largely untouched since its discovery. Overgrown by the jungle, it offers a unique and mysterious atmosphere. Next, we visit the iconic Angkor Wat, a true architectural masterpiece. Explore the intricate galleries, libraries, pavilions, courtyards, and reflective ponds within the temple complex. In the evening, ascend Bakheng Hill for a breathtaking sunset view of Siem Reap city. For dinner, prepare for an extraordinary culinary experience at a hidden local spot in Siem Reap. We assure you that the taste will be like nothing you have ever experienced before. The location is a secret, and you can reach it either by motorbike or tuk-tuk. After dinner, we will drop you off at Pub Street, a popular destination for tourists to unwind with a wide selection of restaurants, bars, clubs, massage parlors, and shops. You can arrange your own transportation back to the hotel or request your tuk-tuk/motorbike driver to wait for you at an additional cost. <span> Day 5 </span>Cooking Class - Floating Village (B, L, D)

Start the day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Then, join the Champey Cookery Class, a fantastic opportunity to learn the secrets of traditional Khmer cuisine. Led by a skilled chef, we will explore the local market, discovering Cambodian vegetables, herbs, spices, and other ingredients. Gain hands-on experience in cutting vegetables and creating beautifully presented dishes. Each participant will have their own cooking station to prepare a delightful lunch. As a complimentary gift, you will receive a box of spices, a recipe book, a DVD, and a certificate. After lunch, we embark on a scenic boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. Witness the unique lifestyle of the fishermen and visit a floating village with its fascinating floating schools and even a floating police station. In the evening, savor a buffet dinner accompanied by a captivating Apsara Dance Show at a local restaurant.
