rendezvous with your guide at the hotel lobby between 8:30 and 8:45. Depart for the Cu Chi tunnels, and the journey will encompass approximately one and a half hours of driving. Upon arrival, a brief introduction will precede your exploration of the tunnels, accompanied by a video detailing their construction and how people endured the harsh wartime conditions.
Dedicate your time to navigating the remaining area and tunnel systems, which encompass specially constructed living spaces with kitchens and bedrooms alongside other military facilities like storage areas, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers. These facilities were designed to fulfill the basic needs of those living inside the tunnels. Additionally, intricate trap doors and perilous traps were strategically placed within the labyrinthine tunnels for security purposes during the war.
Following the exploration, indulge in a serving of special tea and cassava, which served as guerrilla food during the war. Take a break for relaxation or for those interested, there is an opportunity to experience real shooting with firearms. Return to your hotel between 18:30 and 19:00.

As evening descends, consider a visit to the Old Town, where the atmosphere transforms into a captivating display of lights and lanterns. Notably, Hoi An is renowned for its role as a major hub for silk lantern production and trade. Each establishment is adorned with a few lanterns outside, but the lantern market is a spectacle worth experiencing.
Following a leisurely stroll through the market, explore the open-air traditional theatre. Here, you'll witness Vietnamese folk dancers and musicians performing traditional pieces. The theatre operates from 9 pm to 10 pm at the square on Nguyen Thai Hoc street. This cultural showcase is free and open to the public, making it an intriguing sight even if you can spare only a few moments during your pass-by. Before retiring to your hotel, participate in the enchanting tradition of lighting a candle box and setting it afloat on the water. Along the canal banks, local children often offer candles to you – don't forget to make a wish.

At the craftsman's abode, you'll receive an insightful introduction to the significance of lanterns in Hoi An's cultural tapestry, accompanied by a demonstration of the lantern-making process. This unique opportunity allows you to craft your own lantern, serving as a memorable keepsake.
Following the lesson, take the remainder of the day to explore Hoi An at your own pace, discovering what captivates your interest. This ancient town boasts Japanese merchant houses, pagodas, temples, and antique warehouses. Alternatively, indulge in a leisurely afternoon at a riverside café along the Thu Bon River, soaking in the laid-back ambiance.

Embark on your journey to Ri village in Ba Vi at 08:00. After a pleasant 1.5-hour drive, you'll reach Mr. Duoc's residence, where a refreshing welcome drink awaits you. At 10:00, explore the 30-year-old tea plantation in Ri Village, a serene locale offering picturesque views of the village. This tea plantation plays a pivotal role in supplying tea products to the entire northern region of Vietnam. Engage in tea leaf harvesting alongside a local family, gaining insights into selecting the finest parts of the tea tree for crafting the exquisite Vietnam traditional tea.
Mr. Duoc, a Vietnam War veteran and the proprietor of a sizable tea farm, is well-versed in processing raw tea leaves. He will impart his expertise, demonstrating the art of crafting quality green tea before it hits the market. Delight in hearing captivating stories of the host's experiences during the Vietnam War while relishing excellent tea paired with green lentils or lotus seeds, skillfully prepared by his family.
Around 11:15, embark on a brief 10-minute drive to Moc Village, where another hospitable family awaits. Mrs. Chin, your host, will guide you through a Vietnamese cooking class, allowing you to actively participate in preparing traditional dishes. Following the culinary adventure, savor the delicious lunch you've cooked with Mrs. Chin.
In the morning, complete the check-out process at the hotel and await your pick-up by the cruise. The cruise will arrive to collect you between 7:30 and 8:00 am. Embark on a picturesque journey to Halong Bay, traversing the Red River Delta adorned with emerald green rice paddies. Upon reaching Halong, board a cruise to venture into the captivating landscape of limestone rocks and karst grottoes.
Once your exploration of the bay concludes, indulge in a delectable seafood lunch. Following the culinary delight, visit the renowned limestone cave in Ha Long Bay, where you can engage in activities such as kayaking or swimming, providing you with an up-close experience of the floating villages and shops. As the evening approaches, return to the boat for an early dinner, followed by leisure time. Feel free to participate in onboard activities.
