Our trek takes us through the jungle, crossing small streams along the way. As we approach Ta Lung, we navigate the Bang Giang River on a bamboo raft. This river, flowing through Cao Bang, concludes at Ta Lung border gate in the Hmong rural commune of Phuc Hoa, southeast of Cao Bang, before returning to Guangxi, China.
Lunch is arranged in Ta Lung, followed by a van transfer to Cao Bang Town. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel in Cao Bang and spend the remainder of the day unwinding in a local café or exploring the town. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay in Cao Bang.
