Itinerary

<span> Day 1</span> Hanoi Arrival

Morning

Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, proceed to Pole No.10 (Outside the Terminal Gate) and connect with us for easy identification.

Direct transfer to the Hanoi hotel. Although standard check-in is at 14:00, early check-in is available for an additional charge.

Enjoy leisure time until lunch.

<span> Day 2</span> Hanoi Biking Full Day - Night Train to Lao Cai

Morning

Our tour guide will meet you at the hotel around 7:30 to head to the bike shop, where you'll choose your bike for today’s tour.

Traverse the bustling streets of Hanoi’s Old Quarters and cross the Red River via Long Bien Bridge.

Follow the dyke path along the Red River and explore the Ancient House in Bat Trang Pottery Village.

Visit a local pottery workshop, discovering the origins of Bat Trang Village and the process of crafting ceramic products. Create your own pottery piece in the workshop!

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant situated in the new urban area of Eco Park.

Explore an intriguing Bonsai Garden, renowned for its intricate tree sculpting.

Visit the Red River Pottery Market of Quang Ba, witnessing stacks of ceramics awaiting transportation into Hanoi by bicycle. Pass by the Red River’s floating houses and vibrant fields of flowers.

Afternoon

Return the bikes at the shop, where our guide will arrange a taxi to escort you back to the hotel near the railway station.

Relax and unwind before boarding the night train.

Night

Our team will pick you up at the hotel to transfer you to Hanoi train station for the night train to Lao Cai around 20:00.
Note: The tour guide won't accompany you on the train journey. Private compartments are available upon request for an extra charge. Train schedules might change.

The overnight train trip to Lao Cai consists of shared sleeping compartments (sharing with other passengers in 2 lower & 2 upper berths per compartment). The train departs at approximately 21:15.
Note: Train travel offers an authentic local experience, with shared cabins unless a private cabin is requested and paid for separately. Restrooms at each end of the carriages complete the local experience.

<span> Day 3</span> Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van

Morning/Afternoon

Arrive at Lao Cai train station between 5:30 - 6:00.

Our driver will be waiting to transfer you to Sapa via a shared bus for tourists from the station.

Note: Early check-in in Sapa is possible, subject to room availability and an additional charge.

Relax and enjoy breakfast at the hotel until the local guide arrives for today's tour.

Around 9:30, the local guide will pick you up to begin the trek.

Trek to Y Linh Ho village nestled by the Muong Hoa River, followed by a visit to the Black H’mong village of Lao Chai. Explore these two villages.

Continue the trek to Ta Van village, home to the Zay people, a relatively small minority group of approximately 38,000 residing mainly in the Northwestern Vietnamese mountains.

Return to Sapa by car.

Enjoy free time for leisure for the remainder of the day. Stay overnight at Sapa Hotel.

<span> Day 4</span> Cat Cat - Sin Chai - Lao Cai - Hanoi

Morning

Our tour guide will pick you up around 9:00 for the day's tour.

Begin by strolling southwest to Cat Cat Village, a renowned ethnic village of the Black H’mong, known for its cultural significance in Sapa.

Marvel at the impressive waterfall, a vestige of a hydroelectric power station built during the French colonial period in Vietnam.

Enjoy a picnic lunch by the riverside.

Afternoon

Trek onward for 3 kilometers to Sin Chai Village, nestled at the base of Fansipan Mountain, relishing the breathtaking mountain landscapes.

Return to the main road and take a 3-kilometer jeep ride back to Sapa town.

Night

Transfer to Hanoi via a shared limousine.

Our driver will pick you up for the journey to Halong Bay.

Continue the cruise towards Hue Ecolodge, exploring Thuy Bieu Eco-village, a genuine representation of Hue's countryside.

Our guide will greet you in the hotel lobby and facilitate your transfer to Bach Dang Pier in District 1 at 7:00.

Set sail from Saigon by boat at 7:20. Indulge in a light breakfast featuring sandwiches or pastries, along with fresh tropical fruits and Vietnamese iced coffee (Ca phe sua da). While cruising, the guide will share insights into rural traditions and riverbank life.

Reach the Cu Chi Tunnels site by 8:50, a less frequented destination. Take the opportunity to watch a concise introductory 'propaganda' video about the Cu Chi area.

Commence exploration of the Cu Chi at 9:00, including exhibits on weaponry and booby traps. Navigate the authentic Viet Cong tunnels, and visit various subterranean bunkers such as kitchens, meeting rooms, ammunition stores, etc. Taste the local cassava root, a staple sustaining Viet Cong fighters for years.

Embark on a boat journey to explore the rice-filled floating market in An Cu commune, Cai Be district, renowned as the primary hub for rice trading in the Southwest region of Vietnam.

Visit the ancient village of Dong Hoa Hiep commune and the bustling Cai Be floating market. Continue the exploration to Tan Phong islet and Hai Yen Bee Farm.
