<span> Day 2</span> Hanoi City tour half-day – Night train to Lao Cai

Morning:

Choose between a car or motorbike for transportation, depending on your preference. The route can also be customized based on your interests.

Commence the day at 8:00 am with a visit to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s inaugural university, the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, the solemn Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh, and his humble stilt house (Please note: Sites are observed from the outside, closed on Mon and Fri, and during Jun - Aug).

Stroll along the picturesque West Lake and explore the Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda dating back to the sixth century.

Relish lunch at an authentic Vietnamese restaurant.

Afternoon:

Return to your hotel, ideally located near the train station, in preparation for the night train journey to Lao Cai.

Enjoy some free time for last-minute exploration of Hanoi.

Night:

At around 21:00, our tour guide will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to the train station for the night train bound for Lao Cai.

The train is scheduled to depart at approximately 21:35. Note that the compartments are designed for shared sleeping, with two lower and two upper berths in each compartment.

<span> Day 3</span> Lao Cai – Sapa – Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van

Morning/ Afternoon:

Arrival at Lao Cai train station is expected between 5:30 - 6:00.

Our driver will be ready to pick you up at the train station and transfer you to Sapa on the shared tourist bus.

Take some time to relax and enjoy breakfast at the hotel until the local tour guide arrives for today's trekking adventure.

The local guide will pick you up at around 9:30 to commence the trek.

Embark on a trek to Y Linh Ho village, nestled by the Muong Hoa River, and explore the Black H’mong village of Lao Chai.

Continue the trek to Ta Van village (1,200 m) to interact with the Zay people. The Zay is a relatively small minority group, with around 38,000 members, residing primarily in the mountains of Northwest Vietnam.

Return to Sapa by car.

Night:
