Upon landing at Siem Reap airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by our knowledgeable guide and taken directly to your hotel for check-in. Begin your adventure with a visit to the South Gate of Angkor Thom, exploring the renowned Bayon, Baphuon, the Terrace of the Elephants, and the Terrace of the Leper King. Afterwards, delve into the rich history at the Angkor National Museum before heading to the majestic Angkor Wat, a symbol of Cambodia's heritage. End your day by enjoying a breathtaking sunset from the summit of Phnom Bakheng Hills.
Today, embark on a journey to Kbal Spean, located 50km northeast of Siem Reap or 18km from Banteay Srei. Known as the original "River of a Thousand Lingas," Kbal Spean features a beautifully carved riverbed nestled deep within the Cambodian jungle's foothills. Explore the Banteay Srei temple, a 10th-century gem celebrated as the pinnacle of classical Khmer art.
Next, visit Banteay Samre, a temple from the late 12th century, showcasing a central sanctuary with four wings, a hall, and two accompanying libraries, with the southern library remarkably well-preserved. Conclude your day with a visit to the Rolous Group, which includes the Preah Ko, Lolei, and Bakong temples. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
We proceed to explore the remarkable Ta Prohm, where massive fig tree roots and giant creepers intertwine with the ancient stonework. Following this, we visit Pre Rup, East Mebon, and Neak Pean. The journey continues to the temples of Krovan, the Royal Bath of Srah Srang, and Banteay Kdei. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.
We embark on a boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake, where you’ll experience a scenic cruise through floating villages, passing by schools, restaurants, and hospitals. Enjoy some free time to explore and shop at the local market. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
